This isn’t a scouting event specifically, but is a great activity for scouts. The Shoreline Fire Department is having an Open House at Station 51. Here is information from their website’s event page:Join Shoreline Fire on Saturday, June 13th for a morning of fun, learning, and community connection at Shoreline Fire Department’s Open House at Station 51. This annual event is a great opportunity for families, neighbors, and community members to meet their local Firefighters, and learn more about fire safety and emergency services.The event will run from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM and will include a free pancake breakfast from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. There will also be challenge courses for kids, a Teddy Bear Clinic (BYOBear), opportunities to tour the fire engine, aid car and rescue truck, and live firefighter demonstrations.Especially important for Pack 331 is this event happening in June! It will count towards the 2026-2027 scout year’s rank and adventures (the official rollover-to-next-scout-year is May 31).I’ve enabled RSVP’ing to this event; if people want to coordinate attending please mark yourself as Yes.
